HOW TO APPLY FOR ENROLLMENT

Contact us to indicate your interest in attending Summit Christian Academy.

  • Fill out the form here and we will contact you or give us a call at (304) 487-1603.

  • Schedule an interview and tour of the school with the administrator. At least one parent and the student need to attend this meeting.

  • Bring the completed and signed Enrollment Application to our office, along with any other applicable forms, a certified birth certificate, immunization records, current school transcripts and report card, and the application fee.
